Only the most well qualified Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD), Mine Risk Education (MRE) and landmines specialists, with demonstrated training abilities and leadership qualities, are deployed to the field to work alongside other staff. United Asia De mining Company (UADC) is a well organized and a registered demining agency in Afghanistan. A fairly organization, UADC was established in Afghanistan, to respond to the problem of landmines and unexploded ordnance posed to civilians, particularly in the underdeveloped nation of Afghanistan. UADC staff, though newly on board, includes well-qualified technical and aid personnel with extensive experience in humanitarian responses to bin landmine/UXO's issue. .
